The Intoxicating Liquor Bill 2017 passed through the Seanad last week, bringing Ireland one step closer to allowing alcohol to be sold on Good Friday. Even more good news, the Family Reunification Bill, which would allow refugees to bring their families to Ireland, was also passed. Now it must go through the committee.

Coutinho made an important goal for Liverpool in Hong Kong this weekend, leading to a win against Leicester. U.S. Whitehouse Press Secretary, Sean Spicer, resigned on Friday due to President Trump’s appointment of Anthony Scaramucci as Communications Director. According to the Irish Times, Spicer thought the appointment was a “major mistake” though he enjoyed his time working under Trump’s administration.
